I have been really intrigued my mineral infusions for our wellbeing. Thanks for your lepidolite post, has inspired me to get back into researching that. I have found so many healing aspects of crystals in my life that it would just be a no brainer to finally explore their energetic impact through ingestion of water infusions.

lithium quartz MAY also be a good option for an infusion, as long as levels of lithium arent too high.... I would use the quartz over lepidolite for infusion because of purity...

Lepidolite is one of my all time favorite minerals! I love to keep pieces near the head of my bed :)
