Excellent article @jwolf. I agree with what you stated here. I have a problem with my volume(I blame poor hearing) but I try to fix it when I can. So many issues can be resolved or at least unescalated if both people or groups would follow the gentlemen instructions. Thank you for providing an interesting post.
