STEEM Added To Another Exchange
Getting listed on more exchanges is crucial for the growth of a cryptocurrency.
Yesterday, it was announced that https://www.localbitcoincash.org/
We now have a STEEM/BCH pair to trade.
This was announced by @steemitdev.
While this might not be the largest exchange in the world, it is always good when STEEM is listed somewhere else. There are many people, I am sure, who use this exchange, and having STEEM traded on there can only be a positive.
The site looks very basic and scaled down.
We see the landing page offers the different options in a drop down menu.
For those converting from Fiat to crypto, BCH appears to be the gateway.
Personal verification is not required which is good for those who are looking to protect their identity.
Overall, not earth-shattering news but it is a nice bonus. The more we see STEEM being embraced by different exchanges around the world, the better it is for the overall ecosystem.

The more the better. I’m hoping steem will be on all exchanges in the near future. Also hoping Steemit will Have a fiat to steem purchase option. That would be a game changer I think.

Here in Brazil, to convert steem or sbd into fiat currency, we have to have a wallet that accepts bitcoin, litecoin, bitcoincash, ethereum or dash. Then we converted to the blockchaim and traded for real money.
The steem being added in other places, will make soon that this negotiation is not necessary, in addition, mainly to make the value of steem and sbd go up

Yes it is the same here in the States. As we see more exchanges embrace it, there will come a time when STEEM to fiat will be accepted. Until then, we still will require going through another token first.

Thats very good news for steem platform. I am pretty happy to hear this. Its a great achievement you can say by steem. No doubt wether it is small exchange but it worths as it is an exchange and steem got a role in it. Steem gonna rock one day.

Have you ever attempted to arbitrage SBD and Steem? I have looked at it but I can't find enough exchanges atm.
Never tried to do that....it is an interesting thought.
I wouldnt imagine there is enough liquidity in each of those to pull it off.
It is always good news to have more exchanges add Steem in it which can further add movement, utilization and demand.
