Amazing vegetable with different colors! Yes, it's special and looks really yummy when it's on that plate!
It is unusual how they change colors from early spring until later in the spring. But it's good eating in both cases!

Thanks, @tangmo. I have a lot of plants that are good to eat, growing in my yard. That makes it easy to eat well!
