I think it’s the most difficult one on the list, because I’m not sure our climate is right for gowing pineapples. Good to hear it’s working out so far.

A friend gave me a small lemon tree she had grown out of seed of a lemon. The plant is growing, but after doing some research, it appears it will become a really big tree and it can take up to 12 to 15 years before it’ll grow fruits - but there’s a big chance he won’t. So it’ll be a long-term experiment :0)
