I simply love this. We are trying to grow our own pineapple. And so far, so good. It's a nice plant by now and we've read that it may take several years to grow one pineapple ... but we keep talking to our belove pineapple plant (tree?) and hope the best.
I think it’s the most difficult one on the list, because I’m not sure our climate is right for gowing pineapples. Good to hear it’s working out so far.
A friend gave me a small lemon tree she had grown out of seed of a lemon. The plant is growing, but after doing some research, it appears it will become a really big tree and it can take up to 12 to 15 years before it’ll grow fruits - but there’s a big chance he won’t. So it’ll be a long-term experiment :0)
