Ahhh you can pop a pepper or two in the tower you just built with the kids! At the top! Would be neat, but your call of course.

I did exactly that. Well, some saved pepper seeds. I think.
But, I'm not sure the tower is in a sunny enough place.
Hmmm.. perhaps it will still grow.. just a bit leggy and thin..
