First germinations and Berliner Weisse

Three days ago I sowed my first seeds for this year and the tiny plants are poking through the soil already. They're doing great!

Haven't worked out yet how to take close up pics with my new phone so this is as close as I could get today. About half of the salads poked through but unfortunately, I didn't mark which variety was on which side, so I have no idea what sprouted, heh.

The little sycamore opened up and grew a bit so that's a good sign.

And to celebrate these momentous occasions I cracked open one of my favourite styles of beers of all times. The humble Berliner Weisse!This one is brewed by Stone Brewing.

Looks great, cloudy, white thick head that does go away rather quickly as expected.

Citrusy smell with some lactic notes, just makes me wanna sip it straight away. Lovely tartness, fruity, refreshing and ... it's just great: lemonade for big boys and girls.

Well ... that's it for now, I need to finish this beer, heh.
