Have you tried this technique with Haskaps / honeyberries? Blueberries? I am going to try your simple technique above for Eldeberries and currants this fall and am thinking of haskaps as well. I have a small home orchard that I am trying to start on a little half acre plot next to the house. Berries and propagating berries are a significant portion of my plan.
