Winter, after rain gardening
So far, this winter, we've had a couple of good rains, with the last dropping 30mm on the garden in just under 48 hours.
The ground is less hard - and the grass is beginning to recover. So, essential winter gardening chore of splitting and thinning out has been happening.

The ground must have enjoyed the water after such a long time, splitting plants a good reminder of something I need to do again, thanks.
Your aloes are looking so healthy in the pots, bees have been busy with the winter flowers this year, plenty of butterflies around still as well.
