Start table scrap garden
We are gonna start a scrap celary grow from the scrap to eating it.
Why not learn to reuse them celary and lettuce and many others from veggie table scrap.
This one we are gonna start with is celary we hot 2 of them on the go started today.
First you cut the end right off about 4 inchs up that is going to be a root base and wash the celary sticks and eat them in salads or by them selfs I love celary ju at hate the strings in my teeth.
So after we got the celary cut washed and ready for what you need it for you take the end you cut off you then take and place it in a small container with water about half way up.
Normally in summer or hot places you can grow these right in your window but for me it is winter in Canada and -25c as I write this so nothing likes to survive in the window.
So I will be starting and growing these in my grow tent with my dwarf plants.
That is all we got for this scrap grow part 1 we will be updating weekly and adding more scraps as we go.

I used to live with a girl who was forever putting scraps like that in little pots and then forgetting about them and then nobody would touch them because they weren't quite sure what she was up to and then they'd eventually be thrown out because due to neglect the water had gone all yucky and stinky and they'd be totally taking over the surface space in the kitchen. Nice idea if you actually keep the water fresh and communicate to other people what is the point. He he he.
