That is an interesting way of looking at it. I never thought of that. So the exclusives are the quality games that are offered to us. Thank you for sharing that...
That's not what I meant, they are not always, but the idea of having good ones, makes the companies to put more effort in those. That gets up the probability of a great game appearing. That doesn't mean that multiplatform games can't be great. There are examples like: doom, dark souls or bioshock infinite.
But the exclusives are meant to be the icing on the cake.
Yeah, until something goes wrong, or some other company makes a better game. That can happens.
