KUON a forgotten horror PS2

KUON premiere of this good but forgotten game took place in 2004. We have here surviwal-horror in a third person view, climate and performance similar to Fatal Frame or Forbidden Siren.

The story takes us to Japan at the age of 12 during the reign of the Heian dynasty.
We play in three characters. The story of the game focuses on one Doman, who was asked by a local nobleman to examine a mysterious property, supposedly haunted. The game was divided into scripts. After completing two of them, in which we play the daughters of Doman - Utsuki and Sakuya - we unlock the third one, where we see the story this time from the perspective of the aforementioned Doman.

We have here a very good combination of action game with adventure and horror, and there are numerous puzzles. Mechanics of fighting with demons and other filth has been enriched with a system of learning and casting spells, which perfectly supports ordinary attacks with white weapon.

As befits a good horror graphics is dark, varied additionally by various shadows passing through the screen, strange reflections, appearing for a split second in the water or mirrors. The whole is complemented by a brilliant soundtrack, which intensifies the atmosphere even more. I especially recommend it to fans of good old horror movies.

*If someone still has a PS2 console then I recommend to play, if you have someone to borrow the game from, because the original is a very rare game, one price varies between 120 - 400 dollars depending on the package. The cheapest one can get for 50 euros on the German Ebay.
