Starcraft 2 Zerg training series: Underground tips
Right click when burrowing lurkers for an attack that starts slightly faster than if you didn't, helps to get those pesky guerilla terrans.
Burrow lurkers on top of burrowed lurkers for double the effect.
Deny expansions by burrowing units. Avoid the effects of the irradiate cloud underground.
Hide from mutalisks and reavers by burrowing your units.
Hide your defiler/lings like this, this makes for a bit of micro but really pays off.
Use nydus canals to connect expansions, use them to get your defilers across safely.
