10 minute heist
A quick and simple game that probably takes 15 minutes including set up, explaining, play and scoring, and pack up. The players are thieves, trying to steal the most value from a wizard's tower that you've somehow entered at the top and are only able to progress in a downwards direction. On your turn you move to a new treasure to collect it, and it can either be on the same floor you're on or one of the ones below you. There are a few treasures that do special things, but most of them are just a colour and value.
The game has imperfect information, as while the entire tower is face up, and any collected cards are visible, everyone starts with a single face down card similar to the ones found in the first 2 floors of the tower, which could make all the difference when it comes to scoring how well you did raiding the tower. The treasures themselves don't get you points, but satisfying certain goals do. Most of a colour, Least curses, First out of the tower, and others.
It's simple and quick, but it's also fun, which is very handy in what is essentially a filler game that you play to breathe a bit between longer games. It would also be suitable for kids, as it's heart is a set collection game where you want to get more of a colour (or multiple colours if you can) than the other players. There is a bit of complexity with the cards having values as well, so each purple card isn't worth the same, but so long as counting is possible, I'd suggest they're old enough to play, possibly with some help along the way.

Is it an upside down tower or did the players get airdropped in? I'm already spending entirely too long thinking about that XD I'll keep an eye out for that one as well when I hit up shops. There is another one I want to get first though and as per usual I'll remember when I see it -_-
I'm guessing they get to the window at the top via some magic portal of some sort, though it probably has an explanation in the rule book...
