I present you: The Steem Kings!

Have your ever heard of the game Crusader Kings?

It's a Strategy game, based on the medieval world, where the "objective" is to make your dinasty the bigger that ever existed.

I put it the "objective" into quotes because it is not really a final objective. There is a lot of possibilities within the game, and so many random interesting interactions can happen, that being the biggest dinasty that ever existed may become secondary.

Think of it as a The Sims on the Medieval Age, where you can torture your captives, plot to assassinate a rival (or an family member), make your son a pope, or maybe influence that the wife of your neighbour county kill the Count so you can inherit all of his lands.

Creepy game, but pretty fun.

It is a huge and vast territory, with a huge amount of possible interactions that will shape your dinasty.

A few days ago, i booted it up after a long time, and while playing a few years trying to become Emperor of Francia, an idea came to my mind:

I Will create the Steem Dinasty!

So, i bought the latest DLCs that i was missing, added a few more fun mods to add more spice to the game, and went on to create the Steemit Dinasty:

And here is me, the founder of House Steem, that just inherited (Killed the former count and took his lands) the counties of Monferrato, Asti and Alessandria.

BTW, Monferrato now is called the County of Steemit

A kind, Ambitious, Cynical, Greedy and Just Leader.

I picked a random land, and ended up on the North of Italy. Now we just need to take over the world!

I wish this to be a community driven history!

Once in a week i will write a post, trying to exercise my creative writing, in a way to create an history around what happens on the game.

If you like the idea, write here on the comments, and i will put your name as one of the sucessors rulers of the Steemit House, naming every children that my character have with the name of someone of the Steemit Community.

When the time comes that your name is the ruler, you may tell me what is your objectives: Invade somewhere, assassinate someone, marry an specific character, declare war to another country and so on.

Every week on the history post, i will try to present some options as course of action that you may choose, and i will try to reach your ruler objective as best as allowed by the game.

If no one shows up as a claimant, i will name the child with the name of steemers i like.

On the middle of the next week i will try to write a Prologue post to give a feeling of how things will look like.
