Player Banning your thought on it?

Hi guys and a good evening to you all out there wherever you are.

Recently been less active with gaming post and currently trying out other apps which have been really productive this past few days.

With that been said, its usually cool to just sit, relax and try to draft a game post once a while.

What got my attention today was player Banning and would love to hear your opinion via the comment box.

80% or more of gaming developed now comes with the feature where players can report to mods about ongoing cheats, game toxicity and what have you but the response usually gotten from the mod is not so much.

Majority of the time, a bot is put in place that automatically sends email to users, informing them the player is currently been observed and further investigation is ongoing.

Like I said, that's just a bot responding to a complain sent to him and most times judgement is not pass down.

Meaning players will continue going against the game rules and chat rules as well until the problem starts escalating and when it threaten the game appearance, the mods then see the need to visit the said user.

That been said, the above probably would have been avoided if the rule was followed accurately.

That's not the least of our worries, but it goes further than that, am referring to a situation where users who were supposed to be ban are left but rather users who reported or just flamed a little are quickly ban or suspended.

Just goes to show our theory of the above is kind of true and report sent to the team is not executed but rather a bot was put in place that detects the use of swear word or NFSW and made to counter such problem quickly and efficiently.

The above is idea and would save stress but then users who are yet to understand are it works are made to suffer for it.

Whats your say on this?

Think the use of bot to reply to message is idea or you rather get response from CC about what is been done to the user you once reported about.
