That's pretty unfortunate. I never played this mod but I can understand how frusturating it must be to have something like this stopped after all that hard work. Does microsoft actually support halo online anymore or was this mod the only way people could play it because that would be pretty disappointing if so.
The actual game Halo Online that was built by Sabre is finished, it was done with ages ago. But many groups of people including ElDewrito picked up the game Halo Online and started to develop a mod for it.
But because Halo Online and the assets belong to Microsoft they are cracking down on all the downloads of the original files. ElDewrito isn't in trouble at all, this just makes it harder for people to download and play. The community always finds a way to beat the system, I'm playing right now but we will see how it goes a week from now.

Cool, learned something new. I'm pretty interested in it now so i'l lhave to look into it some more haha.
does that include ranked play? 🙂
