Computer Gaming World was the best PC games magazine out there. Then it was bought by Microsoft and became "Games for Windows". To be fair, it wasn't a bad magazine after that but it didn't last very long.

The May 2007 issue includes:

• Reviews - Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars finally arrives, and we're pleased to discover that it's one of the best recent games in its genre. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
