Parsec Frontiers First Ark Ship sold! : sold for 20 ETH!
Update on the Acution!
In my last post about Parsec Frontiers, I wrote that I would keep everybody updated on how the auction was going and if I was going to buy any ships etc. The Crowdsale is still ongoing and so are the ship auction! The first Ark ship sold earlier today for 22 000 000 Parsec Credits! that's 22 ETH worth at crowdsale! now the auction will speed up as every ship from now on can be instantly bought if you think the price is right if you don't think the price is right then you simply have to wait as the price decreases by 0,05% every minute!
Small introduction to Parsec Frontiers?
ParsecFrontiers is a space MMO that focuses on space exploration, mining, and Player driven economy. ParsecFrontiers will be supported by a blockchain, that means everything you gather trade or fight to achieve will be your property. If you wanted to travel to a faraway galaxy to get some rare and unique materials and then trade them in for parsec credits and use those credits to buy bitcoin or ethereum you are free to do so. This is a very ambitious project and I am happy that I have followed it from the start if you have ever played EVE-Online and want to try an upcoming game that let you own all your assets you grind for ParsecFrontiers is differently something to look out for.
Some information about the game.
• Do you have to know about crypto to play this game? No. when I asked a dev this question the answer was the following
" Ideally a person without any crypto knowledge should be able to play the game."
• If everything is your property can I do what I want with it? Yes, if you want to play the game just to earn money for crypto or anything else you are free to do so if you like the game you are also allowed to invest your own money into it. As the game is using a 100% player run economy there will be plenty of opportunities to invest and make money.
• Is there any requirements to get started on this game? This is something that is not completely set in stone yet. The devs are working on a solution to this problem, it is something they are not taking lightly as they are not only targeting the crypto community but also the mainstream gamers.

Damn bruh, they are going to make so much money... which means the game will never have to worry about funding issues.
Question though, will people be able to play without spending so much money?
I asked them this question and they said that they plan on having the game accessible for people that don't know anything about crypto.
obviously, these ships that are on sale right now have a bit of extra incentive (like preordering a game)
so there will be cheaper ships :)
Just hope it isn't pay to win, because pay to win never lasts.
every single game item can be bhought/sold with their crypto Parsec Credits thats what makes this game so uniqe. you own the things you mine or gather!
Wow, I really like the sound of this, and hopefully you can start off on Earth without a ship, and mine and work odd jobs to save up for a ship and stuff you know.
i don't know if it's in their plan. but i know they want to let everybody be able to play the game (with or without crypto) so there will be a starting point somewhere :)

yep! and that's why i am following it and promoting it it's a really neat project that could be huge for gamers and crypto!
