FIFA 2018 PC - REVIEW
Hello wonderful steemians, it is another great day again, like always, I know we are having a great time. As usual, I always try my possible best to bring something the community will love and appreciate, most especially the awesome gamers in the community.
I will be making a review on one of the most played pc games and the strong rival or possibly the only rival of the PES 2018 and that FIFA 2018.
This game is also a soccer game. This Football game is one of the most played games and gamers love it. Like I usually say, I will like everyone to sit back and relax as I review the amazing FIFA 2018.
If you missed out my previous review on PES 2018, you can find the post here
BRIEF OVERVIEW
As we all know, FIFA 2018 is a sports video game developed and published by EA sports for Windows PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
EA has finally got the balance of individuals pace just right, slow players feel slow and fast players feel fast. However, despite the huge amounts of small but important improvements, there a number of lingering flaws holding FIFA back. Different players still don't feel unique enough, other than Cristiano Ronaldo and a handful more of the world's elite footballers like Messi, Neymar, every footballer in the game feels roughly the same, the vast majority of them displaying the same animations and only feeling different in their heights and their pace.
Furthermore, the FIFA 2018 is aided by more realistic and enthusiastic crowd reactions, and different kinds of atmosphere depending on where in the world you're playing. Example, in Spanish matches, you hear a distant beat of drums and constant, partisan noise, whereas English crowds are more likely to taunt the away team over their lack of support. Specific club chants are common to the bigger clubs
Adding to that, there's an official league-specific branding and graphics, lineups being read out by stadium announcers and largely excellent commentators discussing real-life transfers and results. Together they make a game that replicates the experience of watching football and interprets the culture around the sport, the media, the fan excitement, adoration and anguish, and the obsession with following your team is more exciting than ever.
Finally, FIFA continues to become almost a sports channel in itself and it also expands its game modes every year. This year sees the narrative-driven Journey mode return for a second season, with Alex Hunter now a world-famous talent. The Journey sees minor improvements over Season 1 with some greater customisation options example, you can now change Hunter’s wears and hairstyle, among other few tweaks, and its cast produces the same mixed performances as the previous release.

PROS
There are 3 main pros of the game
Superb presentation, improved further by the more diverse game atmospheres.
The depth of the game modes will keep you entertained for hours.
Feels slightly more responsive, consistent, and satisfying than ever.
More more fluid, free gameplay
The game just feels more realistic
CONS
The movement and ball work is lagging behind.
Different modes have not seen a huge change over last year.
Lack of intercontinental cups for some leagues still missing. As a fan of Boca Juniors, nothing is more fun to me than playing other South American teams in career mode. FIFA still has just domestic league and domestic cup.
Sometimes in FIFA, during a frustrating game, you just have to go cleats up from behind on a player. That, in any case, is a straight red card. But there are times in FIFA when it doesn't get a yellow card, which certainly doesn't add up. It doesn't seem to happen to the computer all that much, but users can get away with some nasty tackles, especially if they aren't the last defender of player.
Like the previous release, it still has problems especially in the Dribbling. Despite the improvements, it still feels clunky and passing feels unresponsive compared to their rival.
Different teams and players also don't feel distinct enough.
PRESENTATION
No matter your preference between the two soccer game giants, there can be no doubt that FIFA 18's presentation is just amazing. FIFA has almost every license worth acquiring, and makes good use of them with official graphic overlays, team-specific commentary lines, and lots more. This year, EA has improved the diversity of atmospheres you can experience while playing the game, dramatically changing the lighting and types of crowd noise you'll hear.
In addition to that, it has an already slick set of menus, better-looking character models than ever.
GAMEPLAY
This 2018 release has a fluid gameplay. It used to be that in FIFA, you could run diagonally in the box and finish far side with too much ease. But now, it's a bit different. There are inexcusable misses like with some players that in the past seemed like sure-fire goals. But the freedom of movement provides an opportunity for different types of shots and animations that feels new and improved.
FIFA has definitely improved since last year, with more satisfying shooting and slightly better responsive dribbling. Crosses are the most improved aspect of FIFA 2018 gameplay, now whipping into the box with plenty of pace and two new modifiers allow you to either loop crosses higher or drill a low cross when necessary. Importantly, it's much easier to score from crosses and long range shots in this 2018 release, leading to some great goals.
CONTROLS
The controls is still the same FIFA controls. The controls feels more responsive and smooth.
Also, This year's quick subs which allow you to press R2 / RT during stoppages in play to substitute a player without having to pause the game.
GRAPHICS
FIFA 2018 graphics have been greatly improved. The players look more realistic and the pitches looks and feels more realistic too. I must say, the graphics of this game is really amazing.
SOUND AND MUSIC
The sound and music quality is amazing. The stadium atmosphere sound really gives the game the feeling of live presence. The commentary is still as usual, the fans noise sounds natural and the whole game ambience creates a wonderful gaming experience.
IMPROVENTS
The Fifa 2018 contains some really cool improvements in all aspects of the game.
In past FIFAs, one of my biggest issues was being able to get by somebody one-on-one. I know it is not supposed to be easy, but it seemed way too difficult. It's not easy in this one, but it is a lot easier than before, and that certainly seems more realistic. Whether it is the improvement on clever step overs, shielding off and going around or whatever move you want, it's improved how real the game feels.
VERDICT
FIFA 2018 is a brilliant soccer game, for some gamers, it is the best soccer game on the market.
FIFA 18 introduces enough new ideas to suggest it’s not sitting on on top of its success. However, its focus on attack makes for spectacular matches, but they often feel like extravagant offensive training sessions than a proper match with tactics and strategy.

MY EXPERIENCE
FIFA 2018 for me is a fantastic soccer game, I am not really a fan of FIFA, but I really enjoyed playing this release and I know most gamers who have played the game also have the excitement about the game. The graphics is amazing and the stadium atmosphere feels very alive and realistic. I also love the look and color tone of the game, it really makes the game look like a real match. The sound and music is also amazing. Overall, my experience with this game has been a great and I really enjoyed every second of the game. So much fun and entertaining game. Though there are some frustration moments about the game, but overall, the excitement and fun in the games will make you forget the frustrations.
