Hello wonderful steemians, is another awesome day again, like always, I know we are having an amazing week. Like I always try to do on every of my post which is trying my possible best to bring something the community will love and appreciate. I have decided to bring game reviews to the community and most especially the amazing gamers in the community.
I will be making a review on one of the most played pc games and that pes 2018 (Pro Evolution Soccer 2018)
This game is a soccer game. And I know almost every gamer love playing soccer especially PES. Before I dive into the review, I will like everyone to sit back and relax as I review this amazing soccer game.

BREIEF OVERVIEW
As we all know, Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 (PES 2018) is a sports video game developed by PES Productions and published by Konami for Windows PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game is the 17th installment in the Pro Evolution Soccer series and was released worldwide in September 2017.

GAMEPLAY
On the pitch it remains the most tactically rich and versatile football game out there. Matches tend to have their own narrative, dictated by the style of the team and type of players. One of Its greatest strength remains the individuality of the players. Players have their trade mark style of play. For instance, the way Messi runs with the ball and dribbles or the way Ronaldo CR7 shoots, Even their goal celebrations too. Lukaku is a beast and able to hold up play and power past the last line of defense. Messi and Neymar have the ball on their feet and are able to wriggle past challenges with quick, sharp movements, even more so with more finely tuned dribbling.
In every sense, there is a tactical approach that will suit your team. Whether it’s the high energy game by Klopp’s liverpool, or second strikers dropping back into a false nine position, your team will notably adapt to shifting strategies. It’s an impressive stuff and is generally improved by any tweaks PES Productions has made.
Also, Physical battles are much improved too, with players fiercely jostling for possession and also, while your body position when receiving passes or making challenges is more important than before. It’s also a lot easier to back into defenders when the ball is in the air, allowing a big number nine to take down and shield long balls.

CONTROLS
The controls is still the same PES controls. But the response feels a bit faster and better.

GRAPHICS
PES has really stepped up their game when it comes to the graphics of the PES 2018. The players look more like their real world selves and the pitches looks and feels more like the real thing. I must say, the graphics of this game is the best I have seen in the PES family.

SOUND AND MUSIC
The sound and music quality is top-notch. The stadium atmosphere sound really gives the player the feeling of live presence. The commentary is still as usual, the fans noise feels more lively and alive.

IMPROVED FEATURES
Konami claim to have undertaken a complete rework of the game's animation system, so the players and kit fittings appear more lifelike and natural.
But the most significant change comes in the form of a more realistic gamespeed and atmosphere.
When dribbling, the AI players are now more reactive and able to shift their weight with the speed and skill of the real life versions.
Set pieces have also been trimmed back to basics which is nice.

The PES 2018 for PC is slightly cheaper than the console versions. It is retailed at $58.

There are 3 main pros of the game
Fluid and fun gameplay
Champions league and Europa league rights
Partnering with top European clubs

Fluid and fun gameplay
The game is free flowing and allows you to be creative on the ball. It's awesome to be able to have a run at goal especially with players with exceptional talents like Ronaldo, Eden Hazard, Lionel Messi or Neymar, using quick cuts and skill to try and beat defenders.

Champions League
Having rights to the Uefa Champions League is an edge because you get that iconic anthem, and it's sweet to see the actual competition trophy. It adds to the realism and atmosphere of the game. The game also has the rights to the Europa League.

Partnering with clubs
Konami has partnered with various clubs especially European clubs to offer authentic and captivating content, from inside the tunnel at Camp Nou with Barcelona to the trade mark popular saying of “You'll Never Walk Alone" at Anfield with Liverpool. I also heard the game has also just announced a partnership with AC Milan which is an added advantage too.

CONS
The game does have a few cons, but these two are the ones that are obvious in my opinion.

Too easy to go over the backline with a ball
Lack of licensed teams
turns into goal-fest too easily

Over-powered crosses

Low on tactical defence

Lack of cover mechanic in defence

Passes, set-pieces need bolstering

VERDICT
PES 2018 is a brilliant soccer game, perhaps for me, it is the best soccer game on the market, but its modes need a far more significant overhaul in order to let the work on the pitch truly shine.
I enjoy every second I’m playing PES 2018 matches, but between them there are too many frustrations which many long-serving fans will feel. This won’t stop fans enjoying the game though, it will just stop you having as many ways to enjoy it as rival sports titles have. But playing the game with a friend brings out the most fun and enjoyment.

MY EXPERIENCE
PES 2018 for me is the best soccer game I have played, and I know most gamers who have played the game will say the same. The graphics is stunning and the stadium atmostphere feels very natural and realistic. I also love the look and color tone of the game. The sound and music is really amazing. Overall, my experience with this game has been an amazing one, and the game is so much fun and entertaining. It has some frustration moments but the fun out weighs the frustration. Nice game and I hope konami and PES continue to raise the standard.
