This would be the structure of my build with detailed explanations for use of skills for the game Payday 2.

This is my personal build which I use for ONE DOWN paired mostly with the rogue perk deck I have used anarchist and sicario however I am trying to make a build which is free without the ultimate edition of payday 2.

PART 1

Enforcer Tree

Shotgunner Sub tree

• Tier 1

  Underdog(BASIC)
  - Basic (1 pt): When three or more enemies are within 18 meters of you, you receive a 15% damage bonus that lasts for 7 seconds.

Being on one down with many enemies spawning, the extra damage is always going to be required, 15% damage bonus for 7 seconds, I'd take that deal for 1 skill point.

Tank Sub tree

• Tier 1

  Resilience (ACED)
  - Basic (1 pt): Increase your armor recovery rate by 15%.
  -Ace (3 pt): Reduce the visual effect duration of Flashbangs by 75%.

The armor recovery is going to be needed, and the flash bangs having a shorter duration is a must, you can't shoot what you can't see, this will make sure you can get a quicker recovery time and see what you hitting.

Ammo Specialist Sub tree

• Tier 1

  Scavenger (BASIC)
  -Basic (1 pt): Your ammo box pick up range is increased by 50%.
