Mortal Combat X. Android Game Review

Hello to you my fellow steemian! Hope you guys are doing great. It’s your favourite steemian from Nigeria. Today I will be reviewing a game that so many played back then in their youthful age. The game I will be reviewing is Mortal kombat X.

Playing of video games cannot be regard as being jobless or immature. Video games help relief some peoples thought towards their problems. I remember when I was a little boy anytime I come back from school and maybe food is not ready yet, I could play video games and it will help me relief my hungry thoughts.

Mortal Kombat X is a fighting game that supports both multi-player mode and single player mode. In the multi-player mode you get to fight against your friends with your chosen player. While in single mode you get to fight the robot of your choosing. Mortal Kombat X was developed by NetherRealm studios in May 4th, 2014 for android platform and April 8th, 2015 for IOS platforms. Mortal kombat X features different modes. Like the Krypt mode, Faction War, king of the hill, test your luck and story mode. The story mode feature varieties of different battles with several modes basically online. While the Krypt mode requires the character to invade different arenas for game treasures. In each of the battle the fighters get to perform a special attack like brutality or fatality. With each of this moves being different in all the characters. In each of the battle there is a meter which allows the players to perform a special attack. Every object present in the arena can be used as a weapon which is awesome. With each of the character being able to perform three different move per fight, finishing your opponent can be so appealing to the winning character.
The bar displayed on Mortal kombat X has been divided into three, health bar, stamina bar and special attacks.

There a new move that has been introduced into Mortal kombat X which finished the opposition character if he quits playing the game and this features is only available in the multi-player mode.

Multi-player mode.

In Multi-player mode the game plot is based on different environments with different game conditions. And this can be played through an online connection. In Faction War mode you get to join forces with other players and improve your leaderboard ranking through achievements and rewards.

In-app Purchases

You get to purchase cards while leveling up. With your coin you can purchase different things depending on which one you’ve got as you were leveling up. It offers, silver, souls and gold coin as rewards.

Graphics

The graphics of mortal kombat X is of a higher quality as it requires a 1GB for good performance. You get to see to see the massive brutality with blood splashing out of your opponent. The environment feature in mortal kombat X is well design as you get to see great objects that you can use as a weapon against your enemies clearly.

Controls

When it comes to the control of mortal Kombat X, everything is perfect you get to fight your opponent through swiping of the screen or by tapping on you mobile device for combos and special attacks. To bock and attack you will be required to hold your screen with your two fingers. The game controls are not like the basic fighting games. You will new to play for sometimes to adapt to it style.

Sound

The sound of mortal kombat X is will design and implemented as it offers very intense music as you fight through varieties of different characters. As usual there is a setting where you can toggle the sound on or off.

Likes

What I like about mortal Kombat X is the graphics representation and the X-Ray moves that accompanies each character. Every environment you fight in unique in its own way. The developers did a great job on mortal combat X as everything is well implemented.

Dislike

The game gets frustrating at some level which will force you to purchase things from the in-app purchase feature which will require some time to claim.

Last Words

In my own opinion I will say Mortal Kombat X is a very special game for all gamers with some battle spirit in them. In Mortal Kombat X you get to experience different powerful characters with amazing 3D animation all in one game. Mortal Kombat X cannot be left out in the top most amazing games as it brings mouthwatering rewards to the player as you advance through different mission. Though the controls is different from other fighting games, you get to be familiar with it as you play further. My rating for Mortal Kombat X is 9.
