Play more Games! - by @voiceofreason
Normally this might sound like a bad thing to do, especially in regards to relationships and dating.
However, I am talking about actual board games.
The other night we got together with some extended family members.
We sat around and ate dinner together and enjoyed some good conversation.
Things we normally do.
Though, when that started to condclude, we didn't turn on the TV like we normally do.
We busted out a board game!
(not to be confused with bored game)
That evening we played a game called "Sequence".

It's a card game where you basically try to get 5 spaces on the board filled, in a row.
It's a game our family has been playing for decades.
The fun thing about this game is that it doesn't matter the skill level, though there is some skill involved.
It is a game the kids can play as well as the grandparents.
Anyways, we ended up playing about 8 games and staying up into the wee hours of the night.
It was some of the most fun I can remember having.
We trash talked and told jokes and stories and just had a great time.
Overall I feel that families don't spend enough time together anymore.
If you want my advice on how to fix that, get the family around and play some games together. You won't regret it.
Board games have taken a back seat to computerized games, but never go out of style; especially for group gatherings.
