well once you cut out refined carbs and sugar you lose weight like crazy. things like rice, sauce, and nearly everything sold in super markets..
but the hard part is keeping it up because that sweetness is just too tempting :)
Agree, Sir. but at least we have the determination to cut some of those temptation.
