My best option to pass my leisure time.

Hello Steemitians, Today I am back with my another intro post. Today I am going to discuss about my most favorite game that I play often. And the name of that game is chess.

Before sharing my views about chess, I want to share important information about chess with you.
Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a chessboard, a checkered gameboard arranged in an 8×8 grid. The game is played by millions of people worldwide. Chess is believed to have originated in India sometime before the 7th century. The game was derived from the Indian game chaturanga, which is also the likely ancestor of the Eastern strategy games xiangqi, janggi, and shogi. Chess reached Europe by the 9th century. The pieces assumed their current powers in Spain in the late 15th century; the rules were standardized in the 19th century. And this is a short story of origin of chess.

As it is my favorite game I play it whenever I get time to play. As it is a two player game it cannot be played alone, most often I play chess with my brother, cousins and friends.
The pictures are of my own chess board; this chess board is really beautiful. It’s a magnetic board. I think playing chess is a very good option to pass your time. So that’s all about my favorite game.
