It’s Electric! - A Small Look At The World Of AEGs

Electric guns are your bread and butter when it comes to airsoft gaming. They come in so many different sizes and shapes that there’s not many automatic, real-steel firearms that haven’t been replicated into an AEG form. From something as small as an M9 pistol to something as large as the M-134 or M-2HB, there’s an AEG for nearly everybody.

When it comes to customizability AEGs are top dog. There’s multitudes of available parts for every standard gearbox type, and even some for hybrid gearboxes and special type gearboxes like those found in a few WWII replicas. You break a part in the gearbox and it won’t be hard to find another part for it. You want your gun to fire faster, there’s parts for that. You want your gun to shoot harder, there’s parts for that as well. AEGs are as versatile as they are interesting.
