TULIP Game Report - Price Update & MAPXV - Days 25 & 26
The numbers so far: there are now 197,300 tokens active and a total fund value of 1,822 STEEM (+7 STEEM from yesterday), giving an average token value, or ABV, of 0.923 STEEM cents - up on yesterday.
The major news is obviously that the Steem blockchain has been offline for over a day and is still only partially working; not all nodes are fully online and not all API servers are working.
Now, I had thought of extending the game by one day, but thinking about it again, all income is coming in and rewards are being processed. What will be affected is income in 7 days, but that's beyond the end of the game so does not affect our final price.
Hence, I'm just going to let the game roll on to its normal conclusion. Remember that in order to last a full 28 days, the TULIP game terminates on day 29, which is Friday (for me).
The Steem Engine DEX is currently functional but only if you use Keychain. As of writing, I cannot get Steemconnect to work on Steem Engine; it will soon, just needs some patience.
Not much else to report. Weekly accounts have been posted for all the vote-bonds: MAPX, MAPXV and MAXUV. When every vote counts, MAPXV in particular offers great value for money.
Again, for useful general advice: Don't HODL the TULIPS!. Actually, I'm pleased to see some activity in the TULIP market recently.
