The National Art Gallery (GAN) is an art museum dedicated to the exhibition and preservation of works from Venezuela. The GAN is located in the so-called cultural circuit of the city of Caracas. The GAN has a collection that holds nearly 9,000 works by various authors, genres and trends that include painting, drawing, printing, photography, sculpture, installation, video installation, ceramics and textiles.

The National Art Gallery was born on October 1, 1974 with the intention of highlighting Venezuelan art in a single space, the problem was that there was no own headquarters for the gallery, so it was decided to grant the old building of the Museum of Fine Arts built in 1938 by the architect Carlos Raúl Villanueva.

And thanks to God, this kind of shows are ending, for my way of seeing things are very cruel in training.
