Dinner Just the Way I Like it!! Volume City!

My protein was a little low today so I finished off the day with a huge dinner to make up for it!!

As you can all tell, broccoli and some sort of meat is one of my favorite meals. Lots of broccoli is one of the best ways to make sure that you're full and getting plenty of micronutrients!


I've talked about it before but I think volume is super underrated. I think too many people are trying to diet without getting tons of voluminous veggies.

Whether you're adding broccoli, peppers, spinach, etc. you should always try to load up so that you can get much more full with much less calories!!!


Instructions for this Meal

  1. Boil water and add broccoli
  2. In a pan, add spices and cook chicken with a little bit of water and olive oil
  3. Cook chicken for about 1.15 hours (depending on the amount of chicken)
  4. On a cutting board, chop up some red onions and cucumbers and then add them to some normal fat yogurt!
  5. Remove the chicken from heat and allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
  6. Strain the broccoli and then add salt and butter
  7. Plate the food and enjoy!!!

What a dinner this is to cope up with the low protein day. It is like a beast mode of hours eating such a big dinner. Keep up the good work mate. Love the meal. Full of protein.
