FYI: Constipation Is Harmful To Our Colon And To Our Health

Big belly is not just fat belly. You might have problems about discharging waste or simply called as constipation. With less fiber and more fatty, meaty and preservatives foods will create stomach struggle. Around 80%-90% are prone to constipation and with marginal medical approach in laxative products just to accommodate the fast pace world.

Everyone knows, that our colon provides the nutrients we it after it is digested with our stomach acid and break it into molecular structure that came handy to absorb. But what if your digestive system suffers constipation? Instead of absorbing nutrients it also absorb dirty stuff such as our food waste.

And since our colon is part of our system, it is also the main organ who distribute nutrients through our body and so, colon toxins circulates too. If colon is toxic so will be our other organs and most affected will be our blood who circulate around our body bringing that same thing that comes from our colon. Disgusting isn't it?! And all parts of the body suffers. Kidney will be affected since it filter and rinse waste products and also other organs. Overtime, the toxins decreases the organs functions efficiency and diseases will follow.

Health practitioners always advice to have balance and healthy plus fiber diet to rinse toxins well and to scrape all waste products in our colon. Health will improve once colon is cleanse. Without regular vowel movement it stocks waste and it is harmful to our body. To the extent of lessening the days of our lives, since cancer will sets in and we will end miserably. It will create various toxic illness stuff, stomach discomforts and diseases.

Nutritionist also recommend "probiotics" diet such as Yogurt, Goat's milk and miso. These intakes will support your digestive system. It will also lower the risk of Colorectal Cancer (Colon Cancer). If above mentioned are not available, green leafy foods as fiber diet will suppress constipation and it also clean your colon system.

yes :D i really made that as a habit until now but it doesn't work :D maybe my body was just to greed to let go of its waste .. hehe

Thank you kuya dante for this. I used to suffer from constipation since I was young . Now, my digestive system is doing better. And yes, i agree that probiotics could be helpful in digestion.
