―Place Combat Robot 25 sonic shield at the entrance to repel a possible welcome shockwave―shouted the Corporal to the two fighters closest to the machine.
The distant echo of guttural sounds as a warlike chant, began to reach their ears now, closer and closer.
The earthlings responded in turn with loud cries of hatred that were prologue to their multitudinous onrush from the ship.
