Thanks for checking out my post and asking. Her husband kept putting off the yardwork, so she had her kids innocently hide in the leaves as her minions, and then video taped them scaring the daylight out of him so he'd learn his lesson. Seemed like he looked back at the person filming in disgust, so I anticipated a huge argument afterwards, aka "fireworks". Also a pun or two in the title of leaves with the kids and "blowing" the chores off, but that might be a more local expression. It seemed funny to me, but I was also up late and maybe that skewed my judgment!
My joke posts are short and hit or miss, but make steemit more fun and profitable when my drum videos, fitness challenge or steemit adoption challenge barely get anywhere.
Ok, thanks so much. I didn't see the kids until just now. (Poor eyesight!). I thought it might be something along the lines that he tells his wife that he'll get to clearing up the leaves eventually, but she has to stop reminding him every six months.
