Americans have guns to protect themselves in case their government goes rogue. Kinda like it has already. I never understood this either at first. But their 2nd amendment should read, "their responsibility" to bear arms. Rather than their right. The USA is a fucked up new system if you will. They've had treasonous governments in the past.
Ps. If Americans didn't all have guns, we would already be living in a 1 world government! Hence why the government wants to disarm them. Less resistance.

Look, the 2nd amendment dates from an era where arms (pistols) had to be loaded with gunpowder and a bullet to "load" the pistol, every time. Which means it was impossible to walk around with a loaded pistol, unless you weren't afraid to lose an arm or a leg. Now guns are automatic and can bear 12 or more rounds and are ready to shoot at any given time. That makes a very big difference. This amendment is outdated and insane... hundreds of innocent kids die every year in America because of that. If you have kids, I have, then you should understand me...
