There she was. Stuck in traffic, stoning. Not very conscious of herself. She was just staring at the sea of cars, and.. there. She went for it. Gold. She's a gold-digger. Mining every last bit with her power-polished nails, she looked completely on-point with that fly getup. Business powersuit. Black-framed glasses. Guaranteed to seal the deal.
I was just there, looking at her. Our cars were right next to each other. Oblivious, she kept digging her nose like there's no tomorrow. Satisfied, she discarded them nuggets of noseshit out the window. Got to keep the car clean.

Fabulous! I like to believe myself to be not a victim of fashion - but there are probably a few unexamined nooks and crannies that I have overlooked and it has insidiously crept its way back in :-)
