Be careful choosing your meal replacements and/or nutritional supplements
Let me start by stating that I don't know the proper etiquette for sharing another bloggers post. I'm going to go out on a limb and hope that posting a direct link to their work is sufficient. With that said, I found this article extremely enlightening and I almost pissed myself reading it. I just had to share it!
In my quest to choose more healthful options, I have in the past tried to find food items or meal replacements that were quick and easy to prevent me from falling off the wagon and just grabbing a Twinkie. The struggle is real when we are surrounded by manufactured food like substances that are more full of crap than most politicians.
