So, bots are now promoting content containing child porn? Is this the direction #steemit is taking?
Look - I get that some might find this humorous more than arousing.... yet we can't deny there are a some sick people out there who would find this sexually pleasing. I also get that, just because possession of such content in my home country would land me in a prison with a train of "Bubbas" lined up outside of my cell for their chance to rape the pedo-pervert, it may not be illegal or culturally unacceptable in other areas of the world.
Yet I can't help but think why an algorithm would find this pleasing enough to upvote, comment, and resteem.
Just ignore all the original artwork and articles, etc. and let them earn nothing, but promote this crap?
Give me a break. If we wanted smut and potentially illegal content we all have the rest of the world wide spiderweb to find ourselves engaged in such questionable things. Let's not allow it to take over (and profit from) here.
Just my two cents worth. I won't flag, the cowards way to complain. Instead I choose to voice my opinion here and let the cards fall where they may.

I, the creator of the bot, apologize for this incident. The bot takes the RANDOM post of its subscribers and makes it resteem. How to remove it I do not know ...

I believe it can not be removed (just anything you may have upvoted in regards to) - what is written on the blockchain stays on the blockchain.
Much appreciation in the fact you not only caught this but also that you are bringing proper attention to it. A mistake that you are using to make things better, maybe it happened for an enlightening reason(?).

May I suggest you trade your upvote in for a no vote (or even a flag, I'm not judging anyone save for those who upvote this)?
Yeah, I don't mind a big 🎯 on my back. It's been there most of my life (long before the Interwebz).
