A guy went to the doctor's and complained of pains in his ass. The doctor asked him to take his trousers down and bend over.
When the guy did so the doctor saw some lettuce sticking out his ass.
The doctor made a tutting noise.
"What is it doctor, is it serious?"
The doctor nodded.
"Yes, and I'm afraid we are just looking at the tip of the iceberg."
