Yeah they are GIFs, to be honest I don't even know how to do that myself LOL My wife's camera (cell phone) puts those together automatically if she takes pictures in rapid succession. I am sure any modern phone can do this but in some respects I am still a caveman LOL I have used some websites online to make GIFs out of photos you upload but they all turned out super low resolution
