Promoting Fundition | Realize your Dream Project

A. Introduction

I love Fundition. I love the concept behind Fundition where your dream project can become a reality. I've been working on a dream project on building Steem Mentor Teams in the last 3 months. I am now waiting for this project to become fully alive in action when the funding comes. Is it possible? Yes it is, with Fundition. Come and learn about it in my review of this DApp.

B. Fundition Ranking at State of the DApp

Fundition is one of the decentralized Finance DApp listed on the State of the DApps platform.

Presently, among the listing of many DApps the ranking of Fundition is at #21 on the State of the DApps

In the Finance Category, it ranks as the 3rd top Finance DApps of 2019.

The following graph shows the number of activities and transactions that take place with Fundition daily, weekly and monthly.

As of January, 2019, there are about 1,139 monthly users of this DApp with 12,869 monthly transactions.

B. What is Fundition?

Fundition.io is a crowdfunding & collaboration platform built on the Steem blockchain.

I've been following the platform since its beginning in 2018 and saw hundreds of campaign successfully funded. In their first year anniversary, there are already 292 founders with $94,177 funds raised!

As a founder of a new project, you can submit a campaign to request funds. Once your campaign is submitted, it will appear also on the Steem blockchain where backers can come in to support you. This is the new generation of crowdfunding platform working with Blockchain and Cryptocurrency.

There is a one-on-one relationship between the founder and the backers. Founders are also encouraged to give rewards to incentivize the backers.

The founders of the campaign benefit in the following ways:

• There is no fee involved by receiving contributions directly from the backers.

• Founders also receive ongoing rewards in hearts and heart power for content, upvotes, and final delivery.

C. How To Get Started

1. Sign up with a Steem Account

2. Log in with Steem Connect

3. Start a new Project

Once you have a new project that is worthy to get funded, you can create your campaign post.

4. Write your campaign post

Note the following:

• Decide whether it is One shot Classic or Recursive
• If it is "Recursive", choose whether it is daily, weekly or monthly
• Choose the Language
• Choose 3 tags that are most appropriate to your campaign
• Give an awesome title to your project
• Write a description of your project

While this whole thing looks easy, the most difficult part is writing a good campaign. I usually write a draft first and save it in my notebook.

Big Tip: Don't copy and paste your campaign into the editor box there. I have done that a few times in the past and they don't come out right at all in the formatting. You MUST type your campaign into the editor box there and use the formatting features they provide.

5. Fill in Your Social Links

Confirm your social links to verify your identity either with Facebook or Google.

Under Explore, you can find different projects that are available for you to take part in.

What first drew me to Fundition was these great tutorial articles written on the Steem blockchain.

Step by step tutorials are given to show people how to create a project and how to write pre-campaigns.

About 30 different topics were written showing us how to use social media effectively, understanding psychology, following up on the backers and marketing tips. All these valuable content are provided to give people success in writing their campaigns.

E. What I like about Fundition

The team behind Fundition is highly innovative. Their posts are inspiring and creative, so much so that you want to be a part of their team to bring success to worthy projects.

Founders have 100% completely right to their own content.

F. How Fundition Can Improve

It would be good if the Fundition team can give users a step by step tutorial in knowing how to use the editor and coding for formatting so that we are not left with frustrations with no drafts saved.

G. Comparing Fundition with other Similar platforms

I like the central hub that Fundition has for the founders and the backers. You don't find this in other crowdfunding platforms.

There is no middle man here dividing the founders or collaborators from the backers at all.

Many crowdfunding platforms take a certain percentage of the donated funds for the administrative fee.

No fee is required to use the platform at all. There is no Banking transactions involved like what you find in other platforms.

I give Fundition a 4.7 / 5 Star Rating.
