Use Social Media for your campaign success

How do you define success? We at Fundition, think that being successful is having or being what you want. That is the revelation we intend to share you with you. You are successful if you have materialized your idea and if you are proud of how it has come to life. You are successful if you are satisfied. Today we will talk about promoting your projects on social media and how they can help you if you put some effort into them. Are you ready for some tips and tricks?

Have you ever had a great idea and thought how the world is waiting just for you? It probably is but what good will that idea do if no one knows about it? With around 4 billion humans using the internet every day, 510,000 comments posted and 293,000 statuses updated on Facebook, and Google processing more than 40,000 searches per second, you are just a drop in a huge internet ocean that will not get noticed if you do not do something about it.

34 Gigabytes of information per day on average

Yup, you have read that above line correctly. According to researchers at the University of California-San Diego, under Roger Bon, according to the British “Times of London” and “Telegraph”, people are every day taking in an equivalent amount of 34 gigabytes of information. Our eyes and ears are bombarded with it through pictures, videos, games, mobile phones, the Internet, electronic mail, television, radio, newspapers, books, social media. How do you stand out of the crowd? By working smart, not hard.

The World Wide Web has many options you can use. These are the times when your message can reach all places on Earth, provided they are online, of course. Your project can be read in Africa, China or Switzerland even, there are no borders you need to cross and no limitation in distance but...

If no one can find it,
no one will read it.

Many creative people have problems with selling their work because they lack in marketing skills. Do not let that stop you from achieving success and learn about how you can make a bigger reach with your campaign. Many social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram have promotional features where you pay for your content to be shown, just like Google has it, but if you do not want to invest money in your marketing, there is always the sharing option. You can simply share your link to your or other pages that allow such promotional activity. Ask your friends and family members to help and share your content too. You are aiming for as many eyes to see it as possible.

Do not forget about STEEMIT

What we would suggest is that you create your content marketing material on steemit and than share those links on other social media platforms. This way, you are earning while you are supposed to be spending your financial resources. Blockchain technology enables you to do that.

The reason you should do this is because we presume that you want your project to succeed and raise the funds needed. In order for that to be possible, people need to invest in it, you need backers. In most cases, backers will not come looking for you. You need to find them. For someone to become your backer, he or she must first know about your project. He or she must come in some contact with it.

When you begin to create a certain project, you should have in mind what purpose it has or the main goal behind it. Try to determine what kind of people would be your ideal backers. Who would want to help you and why? When you answer those questions, it will be easier to construct your marketing campaign in a way that it attracts the people you are looking for.

Learn the tricks

We know that you can not know everything about the psychology of marketing campaigns and advertising tricks but it does not hurt to learn or just read about it here and there. Whenever you get a chance to educate yourself on this subject, take that chance, grab it with both hands because it will help you. The more you learn about what triggers the human mind, the more you will benefit from it.

Humans are visual beings. We like pictures and graphs and text with bolded parts in it. We like to read information that appeals to us. Have you ever heard that saying how you should not judge a book by its covers? Why do you think we say that? Because people are doing just that, they are judging by what they see. Use that knowledge and create the visual for your campaign that will make it shine and attract the viewers.

Numbers are simple,
the more people will see it, the more will fund it.

What we have seen so far with all your amazing projects (and they really are amazing beyond our expectation) that those who are promoted more are usually more successful. We would like to suggest that you do not just write a project and leave it be, work on it constantly and be persistent.

Climb that mountain
and touch the sky

Imagine that your project is like climbing a mountain. You have to get yourself prepared for the first step. You will get dressed and gather your climbing equipment, do some research about the trail you will go on and know where you want to arrive in what time. That is just like creating your project with the first step you take on that climb being the publishing of it. What would happen if you took that first step and then walked away? Would you ever reach the top?

Give us updates and news

Write posts with updates on your campaign and give us news about it. The more you post, the more people will know about you and your project. We can not stress this enough. Your campaign should have a life and it should grow. It will not do so if you do not nurture it regularly. Talk to your backers and beneficiaries, update the world on your progress and you will climb that mountain in no time with every piece of effort you put into your project being one step on that trail.
