ONE HEART AT WORK

This is my entry for this contest. It was @gade who spread the word about this contest on #fundition by @funditian.

Having this whiteboard in my company had benefited me/us in many ways. Organization is important, a whiteboard at work helps keep organized and keep a calendar in order to stay on track with tasks that are highly urgent.
My staff are used to seeing these and will expect to find some instructions from me.
But this afternoon before I left from office i came up with the idea instead of posting multiple tasks and instructions, I draw a HEART so that everyone could see and feel that "Love is very important at work. The more love co-workers feel at work, the more engaged they are. They showed up to work more often.
