I think nowadays most people are just like you, including me of course and sometime I feel anxious and bored too when I cannot access to the internet. But I think when we are going out, we can actually look around us to see what's going on with the people on the street instead of just focusing on your phone. If there is an emergency, don't forget you can call or pick up calls from your phone but not just relying on endless waiting of messages replying. So please calm down when you have lost internet connection, this is not the end of the world lol
