It's like you read my mind @erikah... I bought a kohlrabi a few days ago from the organic groceries shop here as I'd never tried it before, and I was wondering what to do with it. Great info, thanks very much!

Salad I think! I like the idea of eating it raw, now I know it can be eaten that way :-)
