That is some impressive meal prepping. I bow to you!! Gorgeous apples and pumpkins. Honey crisp are my favorites. I've never heard of or tried Arkansaw Black or September Wonder--I'll have to look for those.
Honey crisp really are tough to beat because they are so delicious! This was my first experience with Arkansas Black. They are very firm and mixture of sweet and tart. I think my boyfriend likes the September Wonder the best because they are a little bit softer (without being mealy) and have a nice traditional apple flavor. It's fun to have all three to experiment with in the kitchen!
