Yum! I don't make filled stuff like this very often because I'm a bit lazy, but man does that sound good! You know if you put potatoes in anything I'm game to gobble it down. ;)
At the beginning I though they were crapes and they could very well be. The recipe is practicality the same, although we usually make sweet filling, but that is not a rule. This recipe sounds delicious, well done my Dear 🥕😍🥕

yes, the base recipe, when added sugar, becomes Indonesian sweet snack, similar to crepes, but rolled. usually filled with coconut or sweet filling :)
