Not a bad attempt for a novice lol. The crimp is nothing like a genuine Cornish Pasty though and adding garlic is so wrong it's a crime in my homeland. I bet it's delicious though. You will find the Cornish Pasty all over North and South America as well as Australia and New Zealand. Any where there was mining in the world really. Dates back to when the English scum robbed us of our homeland and striped it of all its wealth. After they were forced into poverty around half of the population left were forced to leave to find work. As a Cousin Jack myself I appreciate a reminder of my homeland. Good work.
