Fruits and Veggies Monday: Tropical Fruit Mix
Hello lovely foodies of steemit. I hope you are all good. I feel so blessed to join the wonderful #fruitsandveggiesmonday by @lenasveganliving and hosted by @plantstoplanks.
Summer is so on in the UAE so i have come up with a refreshing Tropical fruits salad, it consist of young shreded coconut meat, rockmelon and jackfruit. Oh dear, My kitchen smells heavenly with this delightful goodies.
Sweet rockmelon really rocks!
And my all time favorite, Jackfruit
This is how jackfruit looks on the outside. Don’t worry it’s not seriously spiky.
Aside from that, here’s a fresh thirst quencher coconut juice.
I used this awesome tool to shred coconut meat. A gift from my parents.
This delicious fruit salad is awesome and is even better when chilled. Perfect for summer or anytime of the day.

Looks delicious! A fresh fruit salad never disappoints. We must be thinking alike because I got a similar melon at the farmers market Saturday morning for us to enjoy, too! Cheers to the warm weather and all its beautiful fruit! Thanks for bringing this to the table this week. 💚

Yum! I was just looking for jackfruit here in Costa Rica. I couldn’t find it but have seen it here before. Love the coconut water though… now I can totally get that everywhere here. :)
