Fruits and Veggies Monday - Pak Choy, Bok Choi

I hope i am not yet late posting my entry.
If you fancy an easy and delicious side dish. Please give this a try. Pak choy or Bok choi is a kind of chinese cabbage. It is typically grown in china and in southeast asia. This leafy green vegetable has its own distinctive taste, an excellent source of fibers and antioxidants.
Pak choi is usually cook as stir fry or steam. The mildly sweet, mustard like flavor of this greens doesn’t need much ingredients.
Stir fry Pak Choi
Ingredients
2 bunches of Pak choy leaves
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
Onion
Ginger (tiny bit)
Water (½ cup)
Preparations
Chop the pak choy stalks and leaves and set separately.
Sautee the chopped garlic, onion and ginger.
Add the soy sauce and leave for 2 minutes.
Add in the pak choy stalks and stir fry.
Add the water and the chopped pak choy leaves.
Continue to stir fry until the vegetable is tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!

I love Bok Choy, I am just having it for lunch, lol. But I usulay buy only baby bok choy and steam it with garlic. Next time I must try your recipe, it seems very delicious 🍒 🍌🍑🌿🍍🍓🍇
